I was recently reading a very old posting about some legal issues around conducting an investigation. Some of the posters were from outside the US and injected some of the legal issues in regards to conducting an investigation overseas.
I know that you are not lawyers but would love to hear some of the issues you have run into in regards to conducting an investigation overseas. Do you get briefed by lawyers about what you can and can not do? What are some of the pitfalls and how they relate to US law.
Thanks for a great podcast.
Joe
